Amarex is a precision forging company that manufactures machined forgings in brass and other alloys, with brass as our core forging material. We combine controlled forging, which gives parts a refined grain structure and high strength, with CNC machining to final tolerances. Typical products include forged valves, strainers, fasteners and electrical parts for OEM and export buyers.

Precision Machined Forged Components We Manufacture

We produce machined forgings with brass as our core forging material, alongside other alloys. Forged blanks are machined in-house by turning, threading, drilling and finishing, so a single supplier controls the part from forging through to final dimensional inspection. The table below shows the materials we forge, common forms, and where each is typically used.

Each forged part is then CNC machined to customer drawings. We work to supplied 2D/3D drawings and samples.

Material Common forged forms Typical applications
Brass Forged valve bodies, fittings, fasteners, electrical parts Plumbing & sanitary, electrical, instrumentation
Stainless steel Forged valve parts, fasteners, flanges, OEM components Valves, firefighting, automotive, process industries
Stainless steel Forged valve parts, fasteners, flanges, OEM components Valves, firefighting, automotive, process industries
Carbon & alloy steel Forged fasteners, shafts, machined forged parts Automotive, general engineering, structural

Product range: forged valves; strainers; forged fasteners; forged electrical parts; custom forged components.

Our Precision Forging Process

Our precision forging process shapes heated metal under compressive force, aligning the internal grain flow to the part’s contour. This produces components with higher strength, toughness and fatigue resistance than castings or bar stock. After forging, every part is CNC machined and inspected, giving you forged strength with machined accuracy in one supply chain.

Material selection & traceability

certified billet/bar stock in the specified grade, with material test certificates.

Controlled forging

heated metal formed to a near-net forged blank, refining grain structure for strength.

CNC machining

turning, threading, drilling and milling to final tolerances.

Finishing

deburring, surface finishing and any specified treatment.

Inspection & QC

calibrated dimensional inspection and material verification before dispatch.

Why forging over casting (for the right part): forged parts have a continuous, aligned grain structure and no internal porosity, which gives superior mechanical strength and reliability for pressure-bearing and load-critical components such as valves and fasteners.

Forged Valve Manufacturing Process

In our forged valve manufacturing process, the valve body and components are first forged to a near-net shape, then CNC machined to seal-critical tolerances. Forged valve bodies resist pressure and fatigue better than cast equivalents, making them suited to demanding service. We produce forged valves and valve parts in brass and stainless steel.

Properties & Why Choose Machined Forgings

Engineers choose machined forgings when strength, reliability and fatigue life matter. Forging aligns the grain structure along the part, eliminating the porosity found in castings. Combined with CNC machining, the result is a part that is both mechanically strong and dimensionally precise, ideal for valves, fasteners and load-bearing OEM components.

Higher strength & toughness

refined, directional grain structure.

No internal porosity

denser than castings; better for pressure parts.

Fatigue resistance

suited to cyclic-load applications.

Precision

CNC machining holds tight final tolerances.

Material flexibility

brass and other alloys.

Your enquiry is reviewed by people who have run these processes, not by a sales desk. Amarex is led by Aryan Jain, an Industrial Engineer with a B.Tech in Production Engineering, whose experience spans precision machining, casting, forging, pressing, extrusion, assemblies and finished-product testing across metal, plastic and wooden components. Drawings are assessed for manufacturability, material selection and inspection method before we quote, so the process route you receive is the one the part actually needs.

FAQ

A machined forging is a component that is first shaped by forging – compressing heated metal to refine its grain structure – and then CNC machined to final tolerances. This combines the strength of forging with the precision of machining.

We produce forged components in brass and other alloys, all machined to your drawings. Brass is our core forging material.

Yes. We manufacture brass forged components including valve bodies, fittings, fasteners and electrical parts, forged and then CNC machined to specification.

Forged parts have an aligned, continuous grain structure and no internal porosity, giving higher strength and fatigue resistance. Castings suit complex shapes; forgings suit strength- and pressure-critical parts.

Yes. We provide material test certificates and dimensional inspection reports, and can work to DIN, IS or ASTM grades on request.

Yes. Our forged valve manufacturing process produces valve bodies and components in brass and stainless steel, machined to seal-critical tolerances from your 2D/3D drawings.
