Amarex provides medical CNC machining services for medical, diagnostic and laboratory equipment OEMs.
We machine brass and stainless steel (SS316) components – connectors, probe housings, nozzles, couplings and calibration fittings – with fine threads, precision bores, burr-free edges and consistent surface finishes, cleaned and inspected for hygiene-critical assemblies.
Medical & Diagnostic Components
Precision CNC Machined Medical Components We Manufacture
Medical and diagnostic parts demand accuracy, cleanliness and leak-free operation.
Every component is machined on advanced CNC turning and milling centres, then deburred, cleaned and inspected with calibrated instruments.
We specialise in fine threads, precision bores and intricate geometries required in medical instruments.
| Component | Materials | Typical applications |
|---|---|---|
| Connectors | Brass, SS316 | Fluid and gas connections in medical devices |
| Probe housings | SS316, brass | Diagnostic probes and sensors |
| Nozzles | Brass, SS316 | Precise, leak-free fluid delivery |
| Couplings | Brass, SS316 | Equipment and line connections |
| Calibration fittings | Brass, SS316 | Laboratory and test equipment |
| Instrument components (incl. dental) | SS316 | Precision instrument sub-parts to drawing |
| Custom medical parts | Brass, stainless steels | OEM-specific geometries and threads |

How We Manufacture Medical & Diagnostic Components
Medical work is documentation-led. Connectors, probe housings and nozzles are CNC turned and milled from SS316 and brass bar, with each batch tied to its material certificate and dimensional report so the part can be traced after it is built into a device.
Critical bores and sealing faces are held to +/-0.01 mm (10 microns). Independent verification is available through Government-approved NABL laboratories where your quality system requires third-party evidence.
Grade selection
SS316 for wetted and body-contact adjacent parts, brass where permitted by the application.
CNC turning and milling
Fine features machined in controlled passes to avoid deflection and burr.
Thread and sealing detail
Cut and gauged for leak-free fluid and gas connections.
Finishing
Deburring, passivation and any specified surface treatment, which is in our scope.
Non-contact metrology
Optical and pneumatic gauging on features too fine to touch.
Inspection and traceability
Calibrated dimensional report and material certificate per batch.
Medical Component Manufacturing Process
Medical and diagnostic parts need a clean, burr-free surface and a record that proves it.
Fine features are machined in controlled passes, measured without contact, and reported batch by batch.

Why Choose Amarex for Medical Component Machining
In medical manufacturing the part is only half the deliverable; the other half is the evidence that the part is what the drawing says.
Buyers here are usually solving an audit problem as much as a supply problem, which is why traceability and inspection records matter more than unit price.
Batch traceability - material test certificate and dimensional report with every delivery.
Fine-feature accuracy - +/-0.01 mm (10 microns) verified by optical and pneumatic gauging.
SS316 and brass machined to leak-free sealing and thread specifications.
Non-contact measurement where contact would deform or mark the part.
Independent proof - third-party test reports from Government-approved NABL laboratories.
Built strictly to your drawing, with manufacturability feedback before the first cut.
