Precision Machined Fire System Components We Manufacture

Fire suppression components must work first time, every time, under pressure. Each part is machined from brass or bronze castings or brass forgings for dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance and high strength.

Scope note for client review: finished couplings, branch pipes and landing valves are NOT listed – confirm final product scop.

Component Materials Typical applications
Hydrant components Brass, bronze, gunmetal Hydrant system internals and fittings
Sprinkler components Brass Sprinkler system machined parts
Strainers Brass, bronze Debris filtration in fire lines
Nozzles Brass Discharge components machined to spec
Tank connectors Brass, bronze Water tank inlet/outlet connections
Adapters & custom fittings Brass, bronze System transitions to customer drawings

Fire Safety Materials & Grades

Brass and bronze dominate fire-system components for corrosion resistance and pressure integrity – a stuck or corroded part is not an option in fire service.

How We Manufacture Fire Safety Components

Fire suppression components must work first time after years of sitting idle, so the process is built around corrosion behaviour and flow accuracy. Hydrant and tank components start as brass or bronze castings from our sand casting and shell moulding lines; nozzles, sprinkler parts and strainer internals are CNC turned from brass bar.

Discharge geometry on nozzles and seat faces on hydrant internals are held to +/-0.01 mm (10 microns), because flow rate and seal integrity both follow directly from those dimensions.

Material selection

Brass, bronze or gunmetal chosen for long-term water-service corrosion resistance.

Casting or bar preparation

Sand cast and shell moulded bodies, or bar stock for turned parts.

CNC machining

Turning, milling and thread cutting on seats, ports and connections.

Finishing

Deburring and any specified surface treatment, which is in our scope.

Flow and leak verification

Pressure testing to your specification where required.

Final inspection

Calibrated dimensional check and material verification before dispatch.

Fire Safety Part Manufacturing Process

Fire safety parts sit unused for years and must work on the day they are needed. Bodies are cast in corrosion-resistant alloys, machined on seat and port faces, and pressure tested to your specification where required.

Pressure tested where specified, then dimensionally inspected before dispatch

Why Choose Machined Brass & Bronze Fire System Parts

Fire components are dormant assets that must perform on the day they are needed. Brass and bronze are specified for these systems because they resist the scale, stagnation and galvanic attack that build up in charged water lines over years of standby service.

Corrosion resistance in standing water

Brass, bronze and gunmetal suited to charged lines.

Flow accuracy

Nozzle and seat geometry machined to +/-0.01 mm (10 microns).

Pressure integrity

Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing available before dispatch.

Made to your approval drawings

Critical where systems are certified as an assembly.

Material traceability

Test certificates with every batch, and third-party NABL reports on request.

Consistent supply

Brass casting and machining run in the same facility at Jamnagar.

Your enquiry is reviewed by people who have run these processes, not by a sales desk. Amarex is led by Aryan Jain, an Industrial Engineer with a B.Tech in Production Engineering, whose experience spans precision machining, casting, forging, pressing, extrusion, assemblies and finished-product testing across metal, plastic and wooden components. Drawings are assessed for manufacturability, material selection and inspection method before we quote, so the process route you receive is the one the part actually needs.
