For EV charging infrastructure we machine copper and brass charging pins and connectors engineered for high conductivity, heat resistance and long service life under continuous high-load operation.

How We Manufacture Automotive Components

Automotive work is judged on consistency across volume, not on a good first sample. Fuel cocks, throttle shafts and tube valves are CNC turned and milled from brass and stainless bar; EV charging pins and connectors are machined from copper where conductivity and heat behaviour matter more than machinability.

Working diameters and sealing faces are held to +/-0.01 mm (10 microns). Bushes for suspension and pivot duty are cast and machined separately.
