Brasses & Copper Alloys
Amarex manufactures CNC machined components in brass and copper alloys, delivering parts trusted for their conductivity, machinability, and corrosion resistance. With applications across marine, electrical, automotive, and firefighting industries, our brass and copper alloy components are supplied to OEMs worldwide.
Our components are widely used in marine hardware, locomotive parts, pipe fittings, firefighting components, electrical panel fittings, and substation assemblies, where conductivity and durability are essential. In the automotive and EV sector, brass is a key material in charging infrastructure, where it offers both machinability and long service life.
We machine a variety of grades including 70-30 lead-free brass and 67-33 lead-free brass, along with other brasses and bronzes based on customer requirements. These alloys are chosen for corrosion resistance in saline or harsh environments, and for high electrical conductivity in power and panel fittings.
We combine expertise in brass turning, copper alloy machining, and finishing processes with ISO-certified quality systems, ensuring every component meets international standards.
