Amarex manufactures precision CNC-machined valve bodies & valve components, supplying OEMs in fluid handling, oil and gas, firefighting, and industrial flow-control applications. With extensive experience in machining both cast and forged valve parts, we deliver components that combine mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and leak-proof performance.
Our capabilities include machining valve bodies, bonnets, discs, seats, stems, adapters, and fasteners, produced from brasses, bronzes, stainless steels (303, 304, 316, 316L), and other special alloys. We commonly use brass grades such as C360, CW614N, and CW617N, along with bronze grades including C83600, C95500, and C95400, depending on strength and corrosion requirements. Many of these start as castings or forgings and are then CNC-machined with tight-tolerance threading, turning, and drilling to achieve the required sealing and dimensional accuracy.
Each part is engineered for pressure handling, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability for use in firefighting systems, water lines, oil and gas pipelines, and industrial equipment. In addition, we can perform hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing to verify leak integrity and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
