Mechanical Bushes

At Amarex Metals, we manufacture and machine a wide range of mechanical bushes used across industrial, marine, hydraulic, and automotive applications. We work with bronze, RG7 gunmetal, C63000 nickel Aluminum  bronze,and several other high-performance alloys, offering both machined bushes and castings in multiple bronze grades depending on your requirement.

Our bushes are produced from continuous cast, centrifugal cast, or sand cast material, selected based on the mechanical needs of the part and the order volume. This flexibility allows us to balance cost, durability, and machinability for each application.

Every bush is machined as per drawing on our CNC turning and milling centres, allowing us to achieve tight tolerances, controlled surface finish, and excellent repeatability across batches. We routinely work with standard limits and fits such as H7, H8, K6, and JS9 to ensure the correct interference or clearance values. All critical dimensions are monitored throughout machining to ensure stable and predictable assembly performance.

Quality control is central to our process. Bushes are inspected using micrometers, height gauges, Measuring Machines, and customised ring and pin gauges where precision is critical. Surface roughness is controlled as per the specified Ra values to ensure proper wear characteristics and lubrication behaviour.

To support global manufacturing standards, we provide comprehensive documentation, including dimensional inspection reports, surface finish verification when required, and material certificates for full traceability. This ensures every batch meets performance expectations and fits seamlessly into your quality systems.
