Custom Machined Brass & Aluminum Extrusions Manufacturer

Part-specific extruded profiles in brass, bronze, lead-free brass and aluminum – CNC machined, threaded and finished to customer drawings. Less cutting, faster cycles and lower cost per part.

Custom Machined Brass & Aluminum Extrusions Manufacturer
  • ISO 9001:2015 certified
  • Material test certificates
  • Third-party NABL test reports
  • Exporting worldwide

Amarex supplies custom machined extrusions in brass, bronze, lead-free brass and aluminum. Part-specific extruded profiles are sourced with third-party test certification from Government-approved NABL laboratories, then CNC turned, threaded and finished in-house at our Jamnagar manufacturing facility. Starting from a near-net profile cuts machining time and material waste, lowering cost per part for electrical, automotive and hardware OEMs.

Extruded Materials & Profiles We Machine

The extrusion material and profile are chosen around the finished part – the closer the profile is to final geometry, the less machining is required. These are the materials we run.

All extrusions are sourced with third-party test certification from Government-approved NABL laboratories, and material properties are verified before machining.

Material Profile forms Typical components
Brass (including CW614N) Rods, hex and custom brass profile extrusions Electrical fittings, turned components and hardware
Lead-free brass Rods and custom sections Regulated-market fittings and connectors
Bronze Rods and bearing sections Bushes, wear parts and marine components
Aluminum (6063 / 6061) Custom extruded aluminum profiles and anodised sections Enclosures, panel parts and heat-dissipating components

Extruded Components We Machine

Typical custom extruded components we supply machined to drawing:

  • Brass extruded sections machined into electrical fittings and hardware
  • Custom extruded brass components – threaded, drilled and finished
  • Machined aluminum profiles for enclosures and panel systems
  • Anodised aluminum extrusion parts cut and machined to length
  • Bronze extrusions machined into bushes and wear parts

Profile to Part - How Machined Extrusions Are Made

We work from part-specific extrusion profiles rather than oversized bar stock. The profile is designed around the component, sourced with third-party test certification, then CNC machined in-house at our Jamnagar facility – turned, threaded, drilled and finished to drawing. The result is better material utilisation, shorter machining cycles and consistent quality.

Profile development

Extrusion section designed around the finished part

Certified sourcing

Third-party test certificates from Government-approved NABL laboratories and property verification on every lot

CNC machining

Turning, threading, drilling and milling of extruded lengths

Finishing

Anodising for aluminum profiles, plus plating and surface finishes for brass, available within our scope

Extrusion to Finished Part Process

We work from part-specific extrusion profiles rather than oversized bar stock. The section is designed around the component, so machining removes only what the tolerance requires.

Why Choose Machined Extruded Components

Starting from an extruded profile rather than solid bar removes most of the metal before a cutter touches the part. For long components with a constant cross-section, that means less machining time, less scrap and a lower finished cost, while machining still delivers the features and tolerances the drawing calls for.

Why Start From a Custom Extrusion

For the right geometry, a custom extruded profile improves the commercial result, while machining closes the precision gap.

  • Lower cost per part – near-net profiles cut machining time and scrap
  • Material efficiency – the section is closer to the material the finished part needs
  • Faster cycles – less metal removal means shorter machine time at volume
  • Design flexibility – custom sections can carry features bar stock cannot
  • Consistent quality – certified extrusions plus in-house machining and inspection

Less material removed

The profile already carries the cross-section, so cycle time drops

Custom profiles developed to suit the part

We can develop a profile to the required cross-section within our scope, then machine it to a finished part

Consistent cross-section

Consistent geometry along the length that bar stock cannot economically match

Machined precision

Ports, threads and mating faces machined to +/-0.01 mm (10 microns) where the drawing requires it

Why Amarex for Custom Machined Extrusions

Amarex machines custom extruded components. We buy extrusions rather than extrude them ourselves, and we can develop a custom profile to our cross-section and machine it to a finished part, not just a metal cutter: we develop the profile around our part, source it certified, and machine it in-house in Mumbai and Jamnagar. OEMs get the cost advantage of near-net extrusions with the precision and accountability of a single ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier.

  • Part-specific profile development - engineering cost out before machining starts
  • Brass, bronze and aluminum extrusion machining expertise from one supplier
  • Mill-certified material with in-house verification
  • ISO 9001:2015 certified machining and inspection, exported worldwide

Your enquiry is reviewed by people who have run these processes, not by a sales desk. Amarex is led by Aryan Jain, an Industrial Engineer with a B.Tech in Production Engineering, whose experience spans precision machining, casting, forging, pressing, extrusion, assemblies and finished-product testing across metal, plastic and wooden components. Drawings are assessed for manufacturability, material selection and inspection method before we quote, so the process route you receive is the one the part actually needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

A machined extrusion is a component made from an extruded profile – brass, bronze or aluminum – that is then CNC machined, threaded and finished to final drawing dimensions. The near-net profile cuts machining time and material waste.

Yes. Amarex supplies custom extruded brass components and brass profile extrusions, sourced with third-party test certificates from Government-approved NABL laboratories and machined in-house at the Jamnagar facility to customer drawings.

Yes. Amarex machines custom aluminum extrusions in 6063 and 6061, including anodised profiles, cut and machined to length for enclosures, panels and hardware. Anodising is available within our scope.

Profile complexity, alloy, order volume and machining content. A part-specific profile costs more per kilogram than standard bar but can cost less per finished part; we can compare both routes when quoting.

Yes. Extrusions are supplied with material test documentation and cross-verified through third-party testing at Government-approved NABL laboratories.
