Precision CNC Machined Lamp, Furniture & Decor Components We Manufacture
These components are visible decorative elements – lamp fittings, lighting fixtures, ornamental hardware – where flawless finish defines value. Each part receives delicate handling and precision processing for surface quality and aesthetic consistency.

How We Manufacture Lamp, Furniture & Architectural Hardware
Decorative work is judged by eye, so the process is built around surface quality.
Lamp parts, chandelier arms and architectural hardware are CNC turned and milled from brass with cutting parameters set for finish rather than cycle time; wooden knobs and handles are turned, polished and lacquered on our own wood line.
Finish is signed off against a physical reference sample rather than a written description, because two people rarely mean the same thing by antique brass.
Grade selection
Free-machining and forging brasses for metal parts, walnut and steamed beech for wood.
CNC turning and milling
Profiles machined with finish-led speeds and feeds.
Wood turning and finishing
Turned, polished and lacquered in-house.
Surface preparation
Deburring, buffing and polishing to the specified finish.
Plating and coating
Electroplating, anodising, antique and powder-coat finishes, which are in our scope.
Inspection
Dimensional check and visual finish approval against your reference sample.
Decorative Component Manufacturing Process
Decorative parts are judged by eye before they are measured. We machine metal and wood components at finish-led speeds and feeds, then finish them against your reference sample rather than against a tolerance alone.

Why Choose Machined Brass Decorative Hardware
Decorative brass is bought on appearance and specified on fit. The machined route matters when a designer needs a profile that no catalogue carries, a matched family of parts across a lighting range, or a repeatable finish across repeat orders years apart.
Finish-led machining
Finish-led machining - surface quality prioritised over cycle time on visible faces.
Finishing
Reference-sample approval so the finish you approve is the finish you receive.
Specialism
Full finish range in our scope - polishing, electroplating, anodising, antique and powder coating.
Materials
Brass and turned wood from one supplier for mixed-material assemblies.
Packing
Architectural hardware and lighting families produced to a consistent design language.
Custom work
Custom profiles to your drawing or sample without catalogue constraints.
